|Description:||Apple Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Assistant for its Bothell Clinic. This is a part time, entry-level position responsible for assisting clinic staff by providing back office and front office support. Hours per week between 12 and 18. Regular schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:00 to 7:00 PM. If needed, the flexibility to work Friday from 1:00 to 7:00 PM. This position provides a great way to gain experience working in a medical clinic and assisting physical therapists in their work. |
|Duties:||Back Office - cleans treatment rooms and gym area; wipes down equipment; does laundry; vacuums; dusts; takes out trash and recycling; stocks treatment rooms; and additional tasks listed on the housekeeping checklist. As requested by clinical staff applies and removes ice, heat and electrical stimulation.|
Front Office - answers phones; greets patients in a friendly and professional manner; schedules and reschedules patients; performs re-call procedures daily; provides and explains forms and assists patients with completion; collects co-pays and deductibles as required; and assists front office staff with other clerical duties as needed.
|Qualifications:||One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires an upbeat personality, friendly customer service attitude, attention to detail, experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, professional appearance and communication skills, and regular and predictable attendance. |
