|Description:||Clinic Assistant needed at Apple Physical Therapy Yelm clinic. This is an entry-level, part-time position working 20 hours per week. We are looking for an individual who can work Monday through Friday, 2:15 to 6:15 PM. This position provides a great way to gain experience working in a medical clinic and to assist physical therapists/occupational therapists in their work. |

|Duties:||Cleans treatment rooms and gym area; wipes down equipment; does laundry; vacuums; dusts; takes out trash and recycling; stocks treatment rooms; and additional tasks listed on the housekeeping checklist. As requested by clinical staff applies and removes ice, heat and electrical stimulation.|
Answers phones; greets patients in a friendly and professional manner; schedules and reschedules patients; performs re-call procedures daily; provides and explains forms and assists patients with completion; collects co-pays and deductibles as required; and assists front office staff with other clerical duties as needed.
|Qualifications:||One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires an upbeat personality, friendly customer service attitude, attention to detail, and experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and communication skills and regular and predictable attendance. |
